She was predeceased by: her sons, Matthew Smith and Henry Smith; her father Keith MacDonald; her brother-in-law Dr. Clive MacLeod; her uncle Glen MacDonald; and her grandparents, Ralph, Eunice MacDonald, John and Betty.

She is survived by: her children, Ryan Smith and Judi Smith; her mother Joan MacDonald; her stepmother Moira MacDonald; her sister Nicole; her brother-in-law Ray MacPherson; her brother Kyle MacDonald (Michelle Roach); and her aunts and uncles, Frank Theriault, Barbra Leslie (Kevin Leslie), Collette Theriault and Gail MacDonald. She is also survived by her children, family, friends and coworkers.
