Lawrence Murray MacInnis Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence Murray MacInnis of Antigonish, Nova Scotia, who passed away on December 5, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Colin MacInnis and Alice MacInnis (Elliott); his siblings, Ethel Tobin, June Gaipo, Betty Camillo, Bill, Jack, Philip and Buddy; and his brothers-in-law, Carmen Tobin, Gene Gaipo and Don Hurst.

He is survived by: his wife Leanne; his siblings, Mabel Sutherland (Clarence), Dr. Mary Hurst, Barry MacInnis (Lynn) of Strathmore, AB and Evey Fowler (Neil) of Strathmore, AB; his sisters-in-law, Allie MacInnis and Heather MacInnis; his son Sean Slevin (Leanne); his grandchildren, Violet and Hunter of Alberta; and his nieces, Charmaine, Darlene and Tracey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
