He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis David and Margaret Ann DeCoste (Bowie); and his siblings, Bobby, Clayton Eugene, Joe, Andrew, Harold, Leonard, Frankie, Jeffery, Danny and Mary.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Blair; his son Raymond Joseph "R. J." (Krista); and his brother Carl (Colette).
The family would like to thank all the staff on the 3rd and the 4th floor palliative care unit at Saint Martha's regional Hospital for all their loving support for Ray during his stay at Saint Martha's, Donations in Ray's memory may be made to the St. Martha's Regional Hospital Palliative Care Unit or the Alzheimer Society.
