He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Green and Clara Green. He is survived by : his son Keagan Butler (Brea); his granddaughter Bonnie; his brother Danny (Rachel); and his nephews, Reef and Jagger. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.

In Rodneys memory, donations may be made to the Antigonish Food Bank.
