He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Gero and Ella Gero (Cooke); his wife Mary Anne; his granddaughter Carshae; and his sister Doris.

He is survived by: his children, Ella Morris (Neil), Les (Phyllis), Sandra and Billy; his grandchildren, Chantel, Kyle, Cory, Austin, Natalie, Nicole and Josh; and his sister Jenny Lee. He is also survived by many nieces and, nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
