We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2018, Sandra O'Brien (Antigonish, Nova Scotia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Alex J.; and her grandmother Christine Chisholm. She is survived by: her parent Margaret MacDonald (Chisholm); her husband StFX English Professor Kevin; her children, Sean (Brigitte), Kathleen and Colin (Irish); her grandchildren, Kelty, Maureen and Finnegan; her siblings, Moira (Ed) and Colin J. MacDonald of Antigonish; and also, Brien and Beach.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the VON; the Palliative Care Department of St. Martha's Hospital Foundation; and/or St. Martha's Regional Hospital Auxiliary.
