We bid farewell to Sheila C. Wadman (Antigonish, Nova Scotia), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 21, 2025. Sheila touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Sheila is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Sheila's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Somers and Lorine Somers (Pink); her husband Richard; and her brother Matthew Lowell Somers. She is survived by: her son Matthew (Cheryl) of Williston, FL; her granddaughter Kaitlyne Wadman (Williston); and her siblings, Faith McMullin (late Arthur), Chesley Somers (Michelle), Kilby Kipping (Garth) and Sydney River. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Mary's Anglican Cemetery (8 Marconi St, Glace Bay, NS B1A2P3).
