She is survived by: her husband Shane Small; her children, Brittany, Brandon, Connor Thompson and Avery Small; her grandchildren, Lauren and Oakley; her parents, Julie Fenton (Eric Hayne) and Tom Partridge (Lori); her brothers, Trevor and Adam Partridge; and her caregiver Sydney.
