We bid farewell to Tony McVicar (Antigonish, Nova Scotia), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 6, 2025. Tony touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll and Ella; his brother Peter; and his niece Ellaine Chisholm. He is survived by: his siblings, Dolorosa Kelly (late Ed), Katherine Anne Chisholm (Jerome), Billy (Peggy), Lawrence (Cathy), Howard (Cathie), Collie (Evie), Caroline MacDonald (Tony) and Geta Macquarrie (Steve).
A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St Ninian's Cathedral (121 St Ninian St, Antigonish, NS B2G1Y9).
Memorial donations may be made to the Palliative Care Unit of St. Martha's Regional Hospital.
