She is survived by: her children, Colin (Denise) of Antigonish, Catherine Chisholm (Duncan) of Antigonish, A. G. (Collette) of Antigonish, Terese Tracey (Al) of Antigonish and Allan (Bonnie) of Antigonish; her daughter-in-law Madonna MacFarlane; her grandchildren, Chelsy MacEachern (Randy), Christie (Quinn), Allister MacDonald (Lucas), Terese (Kevin MacDougall), Allison, Kate, Chisholm (Erin), Morgan (Jacklyn), Connor (Maggie), Emma, Marcus MacDonald, Luc Cote, Grant, Caralena (Jonathan), Patti-Anne Tracey, Cynthia, Bryce and Julia MacDonald; her great grandchildren, Rory, Tessa, Joey, Carmen, Rhylyn, Lydia, Alysen and Natalia; her brother Cyril Bates (Dotty) of Massachusetts, USA; and her friends, Joan MacIsaac, Marion Oicle, Shebby MacDonald and Marie Cormier.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the MacIsaac Funeral Home (61 Pleasant St, Antigonish, NS B2G1W7). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Margaret of Scotland Church.
Memorial donations may be made to the Antigonish Palliative Care Society, VON Antigonish or the Antigonish Community Food Bank.
