William Macgillivray Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Macgillivray (Antigonish, Nova Scotia), who passed away on October 24, 2018, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Scott; his grandson Edward Whelan; his siblings, Catherine of Marg, Sarah, Rose, Mary-Janet, Jack, Collie and Ral; and his father Joe.

He is survived by: his father Grand; his wife Hilda (Keay); his children, Joy Ann Arsenault (Louis), Regan MacGillivray (Antigonish), Bill MacGillivray (Cathy), Gail Large (Bob), Karl MacGillivray (Linda), Lynn Angus (Havre Boucher), Guy MacGillivray (Sharon), RoAnn Clavelle (Larry) of Calgary, AB and Darlene MacGillivray of Kenora, ON; and his siblings, Omar and Claire. He is also survived by his 27 grand-children, 38 great-grand-children, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
