He was predeceased by: his parents, Norris Rines (Peter) and Margaret Rines (Kelly); and his sister Shirley Tracey. He is survived by: his significant other Paulette "Puggy" Lowry of Avonport; his daughters, Kelly MacAskill and Karen Fletcher; his stepdaughter Marlene Myles; his siblings, Elizabeth Rines (Art Webb) of West Gore, Margaret Redden (Stephen) of West Gore and Dale Rines; and his brother-in-law Ronald Tracey. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the J. Wilson Allen Funeral Home - Kennetcook (6571 NS-354, Kennetcook, NS B0N 1P0). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
