She was predeceased by: her parents, Willoughby Penny and Alice Gates Penny (Crocker); and her siblings, Mary, Margie, Ruthie, Janet, Arlene, Merril, Fred and Carl.
She is survived by: her son Joseph "Joe" Milbury (Amanda). She is also survived by 3 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
