It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cassandra Christene Nicole MacAskill of Baddeck, Nova Scotia, who passed away on August 9, 2025, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Joseph MacAskill; her brother Gregory; and her grandparents, John Peter, Tena MacAskill and Murdock MacLeod (Bucky).
She is survived by: her mother Joyce MacAskill (MacLeod); her grandmother Margaret MacLeod of Baddeck; her uncle David (Jed); her great-aunt Sadie MacLean (Big Baddeck); and her pet Mia. She is also survived by several other aunts, uncles and cousins.
Donations in memory of Cassandra may be made to a charity of one's choice.
