He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Dixon and Hazel Dixon (Donovan) of Baddeck; his wife Wanda; his children, Randy (Shona), Danny (Julie), Sandy (Krystle) and Charley; his grandchildren, Ryland, Grace, Pierce, Aiden, Braxton, Zachary, Cogan, Jacob and Nellie; his brother Rollie; his sister-in-law Laura; his nieces, Ashley (Matt) and Ariel (Mitchell); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Willow, Riley and Archer; his sisters-in-law, Wilma (Jeff), Wannetta (Paul) and Wyma (Al); his siblings' children, Angel, Richard, Craig, Mitch, Matt, Charles, Nicole and Brandon; his sister Lorelei; his niece Terry; and his parents-in-law, Ethel and Charles. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lynwood Inn (441 Shore Rd, Baddeck, NS B0E1B0).
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Baddeck and Area Cat Rescue.
