He is survived by: his parents, Barry MacDonald and Anne MacDonald; his brother Allan (Celeste); his uncles, Ian (Joan) and Allister (Florence); and his close friends, Brad, Franklin, Mac, Kenzie, Bobby, Daniel, Peter, Malcolm and Blaine.
