With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Billy Baker (Barrington, Nova Scotia), born in Clarks Harbour, Nova Scotia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 5, 2025 at the age of 72. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harrison Baker and Jean Baker (Crowell); his grandparents, Obediah and Serena Crowell (Swim); his son William Darrell Baker (Irene); and his sister Carol Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Irene Baker (Acker); his daughter-in-law Jillian Crowell; his grandsons, Harrison and Sam Baker; his brother Tommy (Cheryl); his sister-in-law Brenda Cleaver (David); his aunt Janice Matthews (Boston); and his siblings-in-law, Carole Davis (George), Rose Miller, Newellton and Darrell Acker. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the H. M. Huskilson's Memorial Chapel (Barrington, NS).
