It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nora Shand of Barrington, Nova Scotia, born in Stoney Island, Nova Scotia, who passed away on March 27, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Uriah "Tup" Ross and Florence Ross (Nickerson); her husband Douglas; and her siblings, Norman, Lenley, Landon, Minard, George, Bradford, Lois, Elizabeth, Leona and Dorothy.
She is survived by : her sons, Irving Shand (Evelyn) and Eric Shand (Roxana); her grandsons, Landon (Bonnie), Logan and Kendrick; her great grandchildren, Macy, Maddox, Ashton and Atlas; and her siblings, Wentzell (Margaret) and Frances (Claredon).
