He was predeceased by: his nephews, Douglas Gracie and Kyle Sampson. He is survived by: his parents, Donald Hood and Beatrice Hood (Forrest); his siblings, Carmen, Donna and Corinne (Albert Gracie); his children, Cara Mehlenbacher and Aaron (Cherie); his grandchildren, Brynlee Irene and Sullivan Charles (Sulley); and also, Nadine, Arlene (David Carter) and Hailey Jade.
Donations to fund needy campers to Word of Life Camp, Owen Sound, ON, or Living Waters Camp, Danforth, Maine, would be appreciated by the family and in keeping with Calvin's passion.
