Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Catherine June Stewart (Bayside, Nova Scotia), born in Clam Point, Nova Scotia, who passed away at the age of 84, on March 18, 2018. She was predeceased by: her parent Kenneth Messenger; her husband Kenneth "Junior" Stewart; her siblings, Blanche, Rhoda and Clayton of Blanchard; her children, Terry Stewart and Florence "Leora" Christie; and her daughter-in-law Connie Stewart.

She is survived by: her parent Florence Messenger; her children, Clayton Stewart (Betty) and Chrisandra Ross (Michael); her children-in-law, Wendy Stewart and Ivan Christie; her brother Sterling (Mayola); her half-siblings, Frank of Fred, Frances and Francina; and her grandchildren, Dolores, Alex, Rhoda, Denise, Krista, Alexis, Corbin, Dalton and Axel. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Atlantic Cemetery, Stoney Island or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
