He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Smith and Ida Smith (Chase); and his wives, Doris (Dorey), Cecelia (Brown) and Ina (Langille).

He is survived by: his stepson David (Susan); his great grandchildren, Travis (Jennifer), Denise, Leanne (George), Shane (Lexine), Cory (Sheryl) and Timmy (Sharon); and his grandchildren, Isabelle, Emily, Peter, Danielle, Sophie, Ben, Madison, Megan, Jessica and Brandon. He is also survived by his three sons.

The service will have a live feed for those unable to attend due to the COVID- 19 restrictions.
