He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul Hall and Anne Hall (Hackett); his stepmother Bella Hall (Leonard); and his brother Paul "Bud" Hall. He is survived by : his wife Ida Mary (Batt); his children, Gary, Pauline (Peter), Robert and Pamela (Eric); his granddaughters, Sarah and Brooklyn; his great grandchild James; his brother Clifford Hall (Ella); and his siblings-in-law, Hattie McWilliams, Raymond Batt (Hazel) and William Batt (Marilyn).

Dad was diagnosed with Parkinson's in his mid 70's, but like everything else, he did not complain, he read everything he could find on Parkinson's and he still continued to live his life without reservation.
