He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Booth and Hazel Booth (Baker); his daughter Anthea; his former wife Moira; and his brother William "Bill".
He is survived by: his daughters, Amy (late Terrance King) and Claire (Kirk VanBlarcom); his grandchildren, Tessa King, Brendon and Declan King; and his sister-in-law Renate Booth.
