We announce the death of Eunice Maxine Doherty in Berwick, Nova Scotia, who passed away on July 22, 2026, at the age of 89. Eunice will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leigh Rockwell and Eva Rockwell (Benedict); her husband Carl; and her siblings, Gordon (Marian), Ronald (Marge), Robert "Bobby" Rockwell, Jean Shepherd (Owen) and Thelma Walsh (George).
She is survived by: her children, Harold (Heather), Allan (Glenda), Philip (Patti), Belinda Armstrong (late Chris), Sandra VonRichter (Kenny) and Diane Bean (Howard); and her sister-in-law Sharon. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren;14 great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Waterville & District Volunteer Fire Department, Christmas Daddies Telethon or the Smile Campaign for Children.
