She is survived by: her children, Sherry Wood, Anna Dalton (Stephen), Crystal Ahearn (Bill) of Kentucky, USA and David Wood (Keri Thomas); her sister Kathy Davis; her grandchildren, Ginny Ripley (Willis), Deven Dalton, Mikaela Wood, Noelle Schofield (Brayden) and Ceilidh Ahearn; and her great grandchildren, Addison Ripley and Clara Schofield. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Marlene's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in support of Breast Cancer Research, the Alzheimer Society, or a charity of one's choice.
