She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Chaplin and Gertrude Chaplin; her siblings, Lewis (Olive), Homer (Anna), Clinton Chaplin (Marie) and Elsie Takacs; and her siblings-in-law, Doug (Eileen), Ron (Margaret), Bill Boyce (Lillian), Helen MacNeil (Charles), Grace Moore (Ronnie) and Donald Cooke.
She is survived by: her friends, Art and Ruth Weatherby; her husband Charles Boyce; her sister Mildred Cooke; her children, Gwendolyn, David (Karen) and Kevin (Lesley); her grandchildren, Riley (Faye), Murray (Ayla), Siobhan, Jenny (Joel), Sarah, Lynsey (Brandon) and Jaime (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Brixton, Emma, Charlie, Calum, Bohden, Kacey, Chloe, Katie and Ellie; her siblings-in-law, Flo Weatherbee (Vince), Ralph (Audrey), Syd (Irene) and George Boyce (Linda); her sisters, Beth MacKay, Carole MacDonald, Mabel McNutt, Lou MacKenzie and Bev Bradley; her niece Michelle Takacs; and her friends, Raymond Lindsay, Scott, Jenn, Mike, Justine and Dr. Nina Makkar.
She also loved golfing, and playing cards with the ladies' card club that was founded in 1958 and played until 2020 when the pandemic caused a cessation of play.
