He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Walker and Sadie Walker; his brothers, Phillip and Aubrey; his parents-in-law, Irene and Neil Petrie; and his grandparents, David Neil, Martha Walker, Philip and Hughena MacLean.

He is survived by: his wife Dale (Petrie); his children, Doreen (Timmy) and Douglas (Renee); his grandchildren, Hayden, Addison Walker and Jacob MacIntosh; his siblings, Diane Byrne (Mick), Kent (Debi) and Neil (Cathy); and his friends, Betty, Ed and Petrie. He is also survived by sisters and brothers-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
