She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Hewey and Eleanor Hewey (Dares); and her husband Calvin. She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Sarty (Keith); and her sister Joyce Lewis.

A graveside service was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Oakhill Cemetery.
