He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Joseph Carroll and Mary Carroll; his wife Susan Carroll; his children, Joanne Jacobs, Andrew Carroll and Tracy Carroll; and his grandchildren, Kristin, Austin Jacobs, Hannah and Charlie Forster.
