She was predeceased by : her parents, William Cuthill and Miriam Cuthill. She is survived by : her husband Elford Norton; her sons, William (Michelle) of Townsend, ON, Joseph (Betty) of Morganville, NS and Thomas (Kerrie-Lyn) of Hagersville, ON.; and her siblings, Bill, Joan, Lillian, Cathy, Darlene and Bob.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home - Bridgetown (385 Granville St, Bridgetown, NS B0S1C0). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Amazing Grace Baptist Church (8479 Hwy 1, Bridgetown, NS B0S1C0).

Donations in Sharon's memory can be made to ElBethel Bible Camp, West Dalhousie, a place that was dear to Sharon's heart.
