He was predeceased by : his parents, Glendon W Smith and Lorraine Smith (Martin); his brothers, Glendon "Skipper" and Ronald; his niece Sarah Nolasco; his parents-in-law, Joan and Andy Gibson; and his brothers-in-law, George Gibson and Rusty Livermore.
He is survived by : his wife Carol (Gibson); his daughters, Nicole Smith, Kara Smith, Middle Cornwall and Rachelle Barkhouse (Robbie Campbell); his granddaughters, Karlee Barkhouse of Heckman's Island and Ivy MacDonald; his siblings, Gail Webster (Jimmy), Boynton Beach, Karen Livermore of Concord, N. C, Maureen Nolasco (John) of Wasaga Beach, ON and Deidre Wilson (Gordon) of Culloden, N. S.; and his sister-in-law Bernadette Smith (Bunny).
