He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Leone and Verna Jerusha Lowe (Ritchie); his wife Joyce Marie Lowe (Conrad); his son Darrell Lowe; and his sister Marilyn Weller.

He is survived by: his children, Gail Tanner (Derek), Patti Arenburg (Glen), Cookville and Dwayne Lowe (Laura); his granddaughter Breanne Muskic (Amel); his great grandchildren, Ramiz Muskic of Halifax and Amir Muskic of Halifax; and his brothers, David Lowe of Bridgewater and Dale Lowe of Bridgewater.
