He is survived by: his siblings, Donna Knox (Greg), Doreen McCarthy (Vaughn Robar) and Dale Bruhm (Cathy Via); his nieces and nephews, Ryan McCarthy (Breanne Barkhouse), Laura McCarthy (Ryleigh Theriau), Carly Knox (Ryan Forward), Jenna Knox and Grace Bruhm (Ben Baxter); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Oaklyn, Maverick McCarthy, Landon Theriau, Mason and Madison Forward.
