Doris May Martin Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on May 6, 2026, at the age of 90, Doris May Martin (Bridgewater, Nova Scotia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Hanna and Anita Hanna (Senay); her husband Harlan Martin; her brother Howard Hanna; her sister-in-law Eileen Martin; and her daughter-in-law Anne-Marie Robichaud.

She is survived by: her children, Craig Martin of Port Elgin, NB, Myra Layton (Joseph) of Bonnyville, AB, Carol Martin (Steve McKenzie) of Petite Riviere, NS and Jane Johnston (Tim) of Truro, NS.; her grandchildren, Tianna Nicol (Shawn), Jeremy Layton (Randi Martin) and Virgil Johnston; her great grandchildren, Indie and Kade; and her sister-in-law Sharon Hanna (White).

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to Valley Regional Hospital Foundation.
