He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Wilneff and Ruth Wilneff (Oickle); and his brothers, Harold, Walter and Robert.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila (Nowe); his stepchildren, Stephanie Peskett (John) of Porters Lake and Jeffrey Lohnes (Kelly) of Calgary; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Mitchell, Parker and Jack. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
