With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Walter Galley (Bridgewater, Nova Scotia), who passed away on January 9, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Galley and Alice Galley (Landry). He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Wendy, Gary (Pearl), Blair (Judy) and Anthony (Carla); his daughter-in-law Gladys; his grandchildren, Alan (Tara), Karen (Alan), Jack (Tara), Mark (Sarah), Angela (Justin) and Jennifer (Lucas); and his stepgranddaughters, Rachel Crowell and Amelia Trochim (Bryan). He is also survived by 15 great-grand children.

Memorial donations are encouraged to Shriners Children's Organization, Canadian Cancer Society, or charity of choice.
