With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Michael Veinot of Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 28, 2026 at the age of 52. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Michael Veinot to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Veinot (Wile); his grandmothers, Beatrice Wile and Hilda Veinot; and his uncle Alan Garber. He is survived by: his father Douglas Veinot; his sister Sally Langille (Keith) of Bridgewater; his aunt Tina Garber of Maitland; his cousins, Caitlin, Chad and Cory Garber; his nephew Jamie Murphy of Lower Cornwall; and his great-nephew Decklyn. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in Michael's memory through Dana L. Sweeny Funeral Home to support the purchase of a headstone in his honour, with all funds directed to the family.
