Minnie Sarty Obituary

We announce the death of Minnie Sarty of Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, who passed away on June 25, 2026, at the age of 91. Minnie will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ross and Helen Ross (Geldart); her husband Stanton; and her brother Jack. She is survived by: her children, Vaughn, Dwight (Beverley) and Joan; her sisters, Jessie (Lloyd) and Linda (Peter); her nieces, Janice and Dale; her nephew Derek; her grandchildren, Nicolas, Chad (Samantha), Alexander (Shannon) and Alyson (Peter-Blair); and her great grandchildren, Quinn and Lennon.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Bridgewater Baptist Church.
