It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marlene Vera Fisher of Brookfield, Nova Scotia, who passed away on November 12, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Marlene's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Fisher and Joan Fisher (Harrison). She is survived by: her caregiver Lindsay Billington; and her siblings, Ann Fisher and Kenny Fisher.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Varner Funeral Home (55 Young St, Truro, NS B2N3W6).
If so desired, donations in Marlene's memory to The Salvation Army (Truro Corps) are welcomed.
