He is survived by: his mother Selina Milligan; his wife Tami; his daughters, Sarah Milligan-Pick (Nathan), Samantha Milligan Mader (Grant) and Brandi Milligan (Donagh); his grandchildren, Cole, Elsa, Maeva and Leo; and his siblings, Mike Milligan (Angela), Linda Milligan-Bryson (Eric) and Darrell Milligan (Teresa). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
