Christopher John Bickerton Obituary

We are deeply saddened to share the sudden loss of the ChristopherJohn Bickerton (Bick), of Dartmouth, on August 19th, 2026 in Brookside NS. He lived for 59 years and left behind beautiful memories that will remain forever in the hearts of family and friends. He was predeceased by his mother, Sandra Ann (Sheffield) Stairs, his adoptive father, Alan Bickerton who gave him his surname, and was close to his step father, the late Franklin M. Stairs. He is survived by his children, Morgan and Emma Bickerton, his granddaughter Aspen Sandbach, all presently of Kamloops, BC, and his aunt Jackie Sheffield of Chevrie, NS. Chris spent much of his working life at Ricoh (later Ikon), most recently Mobia and then Amdocs of Dartmouth. He loved music and excelled at guitar, basketball, and darts. He will be dearly missed by his family and many close friends who became family. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
