He is survived by: his wife Janet (Allen); his children, Jennifer Boersma, Jamie Boersma and Jeff Boersma; his grandchildren, William and Allyson Boersma; and his sisters, Anne Boersma, Ida Van Hattem, Edith VanderKloet (John), May Tenyenhuis (Jerry) and Angela Eason (Curits). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family.
