He was predeceased by : his parents, Owen Channing and Helen Channing (McGarvie). He is survived by : his wife Janice (Taylor); his son Owen Channing of Centreville; his grandsons, Ethan, Rayden and Noah; and his sister Heather Oickle (Maynard) of New Minas. He is also survived by several cousins and extended family.
