It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Helen Isabel Phillips of Canning, Nova Scotia, who passed away on November 16, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Helen Isabel Phillips to show support.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Alfred MacBride and Beatrice MacBride (Coffill); her husband Charles Phillips; her daughter Lena; and her siblings, Andrew, William "Mickey", Shirley O'Hara and Madeline Blois.

She is survived by : her children, Charlotte Huntley (James) of Scotts Bay, Karen Fraser (Ivan) of Sheffield Mills, Judy Wells (Brian), Bruce Warner of Canning, Elizabeth "Becky" Chaput (Wayne) and Murray MacBride (Diane) of Canning; her stepdaughter Rose Gates of Fredericton, NB; and her sisters, Josephine Power of Edmonton, AB and Freda Sangster (Harold) of Habitant. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, two step-granddaughters, 3 step-great-grandchildren.

Donations in memory may be made to the Carey Me Fund (Supporting Palliative Care in the home).
