We announce the death of Nancy Jean Balch of Canning, Nova Scotia, who passed away on August 9, 2026. She was predeceased by: her parents, W. Ray Beazley and Effie Beazley (Scott); her husband Lowell Balch; and her sisters, Barbara Sweet (Bob) and Penny McConaghy.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Fredericks, Heather Balch (Scott Harnish), Sandy Bower (Paul), Stephen (Jennifer Boutilier) of Boutilier's Point and Andrew (Cindy); her grandchildren, Alicia (Jeff), Shauna (Reiner), Daniel (Danielle), Nicole, Carlie (Taylor), Cody, Brittany (Nick), Nicolas, Tyler (Emily), Kurtis (Emma), Kelsie (Matt), Chad (Thomson), Jessica, Taylor (Kephren) and Scott (Amber); her great grandchildren, Stella, Wilder, Davin, Ryker, Sawyer, Beckett, Eliza, Callum, Amelia, Sophia and Nora; and her siblings, Janet Blois (Sydney) and Walter (Brenda).
