Margaret Ann Geddes Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Margaret Ann Geddes of Canso, Nova Scotia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 2, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Cohoon and Rose Cohoon; her husband Bob Geddes of Florence; and her siblings, David, Eddie, Bob, Tiny, Jim, Doug, Bud, Jack, Lucina, Sadie, Mary, Marnie, Pat and Rita.

She is survived by: her sister Carmie; her siblings-in-law, Betty, Phyllis and Fred; her children, Jim, Pat, Mike (Sheri), Kim (Mike) and Kelly (Alex); and her grandsons, Matt (Tara), Brendan (Breanna) and Bobby.

A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, September 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Star of the Sea Church. A burial will be held on Monday, September 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the Star of the Sea Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Star of the Sea Church, a place that held special meaning in Mom's life.
