Margaret MacLean Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret MacLean of Cape Dauphin, Nova Scotia, who passed away on November 4, 2021 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan Alex and Catherine "Cassie" Clark (MacRae); her former husband Stewart MacDonald; her husband Robert MacLean; her brothers, Buddy, A. J. and Leslie; her son-in-law Mervyn MacAulay; and her close friend Theresa MacDermid.
She is survived by: her children, Carol MacAulay (late Mervyn), Kathy MacIntosh (Ernie), Sally MacDonald (Norman), Allan MacLean (Barbara) and Buddy MacLean (Maria); her grandchildren, Stewart, Wanda, Kenneth, Robert, Ann Margaret, David, Kyle, Courtney, Ashley, Bradley, Matthew and Daniel; her nieces and nephews, A. J., Jim, Debbie and Boxer; and her sister-in-law Kaye Clarke. She is also survived by her 25 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
Covid-19 restrictions will be followed with proof of vaccination and the wearing of masks required at both the funeral home and the church.
Memorial donations may be made to Victoria County Memorial Hospital, St. John's United Church or New Campbellton Cemetery.
