It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gordon William Cameron of Catalone, Nova Scotia, who passed away on September 23, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Gordon and Carmel; his brothers, Irving and Michael Allan; his mother-in-law Jeannie; and his close friend Patty Fitz.

He is survived by : his wife Arlene (MacKinnon); his children, Christopher (Tracy) and Melisssa (Trevor); his grandchildren, Brinley and Beckett; his foster son Stewart; his siblings, Diane Spencer (Barry), Patsy MacLeod-Savoie (Ben), Phyliss Butts (Lowell), Tony Cameron (Loriann), Darlene Kaiser (Nelson) and Bruce Cameron (Angela); his aunt Joan MacKay (John Allan); his father-in-law John L. MacKinnon; and his sisters-in-law, Kathy Burke (Robert) and Colleen Hussey (Gary). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make contributions in memory of Billy to MacMillan United Church, Catalone Recreation Centre, the Canadian Alzheimer's Dementia Society or the charity of your choice.
