Claudine Edith Townsend Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Claudine Edith Townsend of Centreville, Nova Scotia, who passed away on June 12, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Newell and Dorothy Newell (Atwood); her son Daniel; and her brother Kenneth "Bud". She is survived by: her husband Claude; her children, Ernest (Rose), Kyria (Kenneth Cunningham) and Teresa Townsend; her grandchildren, Justine, Brittany, Erica, Bobbi-Jo, Jordan, Jonathan, Naomi, Brandon, Zach, Michelle, Alex, Katianne and Sarah; and her sisters, Betsy Nickerson, Leota Scott, Pamela Nickerson and Karen Nickerson. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
