She was predeceased by : her parents, Clarence Young and Erema "Pauline" Young (Schofield); her husband Raymond Cavanagh; and her siblings, Donald Young (Joyce), Carolyn Redden (Hughie) and Dolores Northrup (Donald).

She is survived by : her daughters, Cheryl Gaul (Kevin) and Lynn Cavanagh-Dollard (Donald); her grandchildren, Lyndon, Caitlyn and Falyn Cavanagh-Dollard; and her siblings, Clarence Young (Gail) and Shirley Kohler. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
